Rebecca Dorsey is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation. She has been coaching for 15+ years and has over 3,000+ hours of coaching experience.
Her clients include Presidents, Vice Presidents, and C-suite leaders in Fortune 500 companies and multinational philanthropies. She also coaches Professors, Researchers, MacArthur Genius Award recipients, and Entrepreneurs.
In addition to her coaching she is a coaching instructor, coach mentor and certified Harrison debriefer.
Rebecca is the author of Why Meet, is a three-time featured author on the ICF coaching blog, and designs and facilitates team retreats and training around the globe. She is a speaker and trainer, and has been featured on the longest-running coaching podcast, The Coaching Show.
She holds a masters degree in higher education and organizational change from UCLA and has lived and worked in Europe and the United States, and holds a client roster in multiple countries.
